Historique :	Portrait présumé de la comtesse d'Armagnac, née Marguerite Philippe du Cambout (1624-1674), épouse d'Henri de Lorraine (1601-1666), réalisé vers 1665-1670. Charles (1604-1692) et son frère Henri (1603-1677) Beaubrun furent deux portraitistes appréciés sous les règnes de Louis XIII et Louis XIV. Contemporains de Philippe de Champaigne, leur production s'inscrit dans le prolongement des formules de Frans Pourbus. Ce tableau complète l'ensemble exceptionnel de trois portraits féminins accrochés dans la salle à manger du château : Marie-Célestine de Ray, comtesse de Mérode en Diane chasseresse, huile sur toile (inv. 2014.113.2).
