Observations :	Jusqu'en avril 2015, la base Palissy mentionnait sous la référence 'PM70001123', une autre peinture monumentale représentant une Vierge de Pitié entre deux donateurs au tympan occidentale de l'église de Pesmes. Suite aux conclusions de madame Caroline Piel (Inspecteur général des Monuments Historiques ), cette peinture monumentale n'a jamais existé. Le travail de restauration de l'atelier Genovesio de 1981 renforce ce sentiment puisqu'il n'y est question que de la scène du Christ de Pitié entre deux donateurs. La fiche a été retiré.
