Description :	Pied ovale décoré d'un frise d'acanthes ajourée. Deux bagues collerettes décorées de godrons, encadrant le noeud orné de feuilles d'acanthes. Le soubassement du boîtier est décoré de deux C adossés. Boîtier reliquaire triangulaire ou en forme de coeur : la face postérieure forme couvercle et est décorée d'un coeur entouré de feuilles, de chardons et de fleurs. Sur la face antérieure, une vitre rectangulaire permet de voir les reliques. Décor de roseaux, d'acanthes et de chardons. Le tout trapézoïdal à décor d'acanthes est surmonté d'une croix.
