Description :	Contient un os de saint Roch. Le pied à huit pans, relevé d'anneaux et de moulures en relief, repose sur une large base profilée à reffants. Le pied s'épaissit vers le haut, en une sorte de plateforme hexagonale, ornée de six fleurons émaillés, et bordée d'un double galerie découpée en palmettes.

Précision sur l'inscription :	Armoiries : d'argent, à trois têtes de cygne tournées à dextre, écu surmonté d'un casque à grille tourné dans le même sens, accompagné de lambrequin flottant, et timbré d'un cygne aux ailes éployées reposant sur un tordil, armoiries de la maison de Voisey, avec la date 1578.
